The Florida Medical Manufacturers' Consortium (FMMC) strongly supports the continuing education of the existing and prospective life sciences workforce. The FMMC and its members are working with Florida's academic institutions to develop and support educational programs targeted at the specific needs of the medical manufacturing community. Listed below are a few of the Certificate programs of particular interest to medical device manufacturers.

St. Petersburg College offers several Certificate programs at the "technician" level relating to medical device manufacturing including:
